Danni Anderson, P.A.-C, joined the staff at the Lake City McCrary Rost Clinic in July 2011 and offers family care and women’s health. Mrs. Anderson received her Physician Assistants degree from Des Moines University where she received the Clinical Excellence Award for her graduating class. She completed her medical rotations at Stewart Memorial Community Hospital, Lake City; Mercy, Des Moines; Radiant Complexion Dermatology; Western Iowa Surgery; and Des Moines Orthopaedics. Mrs. Anderson is a member of the Iowa Physician Assistant Society and the American Physician Assistant Association. In her spare time, she and her husband enjoy spending time with family and being outside. She is also a coach for AAU volleyball.
Tonja Petersen-Anderson, ARNP-C, joined the staff at the Lake City McCrary Rost Clinic in March 2015 offering family care. A native of Nebraska, Mrs. Anderson received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Creighton University. She earned her Masters degree in Nursing from the University of Nebraska Medical Center and completed the Family Nurse Practitioner program at Clarkson College in Omaha. She has over 24 years of medical experience which includes critical care, emergency care, and family practice. She is married to George Anderson and they have three daughters, Emma, Olivia and Julia. She enjoys spending time with her family, polishing her photography skills and doing needle work.
Stephanie Bellcock, ARNP-C, joined the staff at the Lake City, Lake View, and Rockwell City McCrary Rost Clinics in January 2015 offering family care. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from South Dakota State University and her Master of Science in Nursing from Clarkson College. Her past medical experience includes employment as a registered nurse in critical and intensive care units as well as emergent care. Stephanie and her husband Justin, along with their two daughters, Brylie and Bristol, enjoy spending time as a family boating and cheering on the ISU Cyclones!
Ronald Cheney, D.O.

Dr. Ronald Cheney is a board certified general surgeon. He graduated from the University of Osteopathic Medicine in Des Moines, where he was named Outstanding Surgical Student in 1996. He completed his general surgery residency at Des Moines General Hospital. Dr. Cheney is a member of numerous associations including the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons and the American Osteopathic Medical Association. Dr. Cheney is married to Dr. Karla Cheney and they have three children. The Cheney’s enjoy many activities including playing sports, traveling and spending time together as a family.
Dr. Thomas Dulaney is a board certified Orthopaedic Surgeon and provides surgical and clinic care at Stewart Memorial Community Hospital in Lake City. His practice covers all areas of orthopaedics including knee and hip replacement. He has special interests in joint replacement, sports medicine, arthroscopic surgery and trauma injuries. Dr. Dulaney is a graduate from the University of Iowa and the University of Iowa College of Medicine where he earned his Medical Degree. He completed his residency in Akron, Ohio in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at Summa Health System. Dr. Dulaney, a West Des Moines native, is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Iowa Medical Society and the Polk County Medical Society.
Dr. Duncan is a Board Certified Family Physician and offers a full spectrum of family care including Obstetrics, Pediatrics and Adult medicine in Lake City. Dr. Duncan also focuses on family planning and infertility. He’s a graduate of Drake University, Des Moines University Osteopathic Medical Center and Via Christi Family Medicine Residency Program. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, and the American Medical Association. Dr. Duncan is an avid Hawkeye fan, enjoys golfing and spending time with his family.
Ms. Flink sees patients at the McCrary Rost Clinic in Lake City. Her specialty is Family Medicine with an emphasis on Gerontology. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of North Dakota, and a Registered Nurse degree from Iowa Central Community College. She belongs to the professional societies of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Iowa Physician’s Assistant Society. When she is not seeing patients, Ms. Flink enjoys antiques, gardening, cooking and baking.
Dr. Frate is a Board Certified Internal Medicine and Family Practice physician. He practices Internal Medicine and Family Medicine in Lake City. Following four years in the Navy, Dr. Frate attended George Mason University in Fairfax, VA and then went on to medical school at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Lake Erie, PA. He completed four years of residency in Family Medicine and Internal Medicine at Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, VA. Dr. Frate and his wife Wendy have four children. His hobbies include running, fishing and cheering on his alma mater, the George Mason Patriots.
Ms. Guess specializes in Family Medicine and sees patients in the McCrary Rost Clinics in Gowrie. She is a graduate of Grand View College, Drake University, and Clarkson College. Professionally, she is a member of the American Nurses Association, Iowa Nurses Association and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Rochelle has two children and enjoys music, especially her son’s band, being outdoors, and going on short term mission trips overseas.
Dr. Hornback is a Board Certified Family Physician and offers Obstetrics, Pediatrics and Adult Medicine in Lake City. Dr. Hornback began her medical career working as a Certified Medical Assistant and then as a Registered Nurse. She attended Des Moines University Osteopathic Medical Center receiving her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree. Her residency was completed at Iowa Lutheran Family Medicine in Des Moines. She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American Medical Association. When Dr. Hornback is not caring for patients, she is spending time with her family.
Marc Miller, D.O.

Dr. Miller is a Board Certified General Surgeon at Stewart Memorial Community Hospital and offers a full range of surgical services, including cancer surgeries and Gynecology. Dr. Miller graduated from Oregon State University and earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Des Moines University. He also spent five years as a surgical resident at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines. Prior to coming back to Iowa, Dr. Miller was a member of the faculty at the University of Missouri in Columbia, MO., serving as their academic surgeon for more than six years.
Mr. Mogensen practices Family Medicine at the Lake View clinic. He holds an Associate of Medical Laboratory Technician degree from Iowa Central Community College, a Bachelor of Science from Buena Vista University, and a Bachelor of Physician Assistant Studies from Union College in Lincoln, NE. He belongs to the professional societies of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, Nebraska Academy of Physician Assistants, American Society of Clinical Pathologists and John Krebs Society. Mr. Mogensen and his wife have four children and he enjoys fishing, hunting and golfing. He is also a big fan of the Chicago Cubs.

Dr. Smith, D.O. is a board certified general surgeon. He graduated with honors from the University of Osteopathic Medicine in Des Moines and completed his general surgery residency at Des Moines General Hospital, where he was appointed chief surgery resident from 1998 to 1999. Dr. Smith holds membership to numerous associations including the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons and the Iowa Osteopathic Medical Association. Dr. Smith and his wife have five children and enjoy a variety of outdoor activities including snow skiing, fishing and scuba diving.
Dr. Adam Swisher D.O. specializes in family care, obstetrics, women’s health and geriatrics. Heoffers family medicine at the Gowrie McCrary Rost Clinic. Dr. Swisher earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Des Moines University Osteopathic Medical Center in Des Moines, IA. Dr. Swisher and his wife Kari, have three children. The Swisher family enjoys fishing, hunting, golfing and cheering on their favorite sports teams; the Iowa Hawkeyes, Chicago Bears and Cubs.
Kari Swisher is a Board Certified Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner and sees patients in Lake City, Rockwell City and Gowrie. Before joining Stewart Memorial Community Hospital and McCrary Rost Clinic, Mrs. Swisher cared for patients at the Mason City Clinic Heart Center. She has seven years of experience in specialized cardiac care, including women’s heart health. Mrs. Swisher earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grandview College and her Masters of Science with a major in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner Specialty from Creighton University. Mrs. Swisher and her husband, Dr. Adam Swisher, have three children. The Swisher family enjoys fishing, hunting, golfing and cheering on their favorite sports teams, the Iowa Hawkeyes, Chicago Bears and Cubs.
Mrs. Barbara Weber specializes in family medicine and sees patients at the Rockwell City, McCrary Rost Clinic. Mrs. Weber is a Board Certified Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and has professionally cared for patients for thirteen years. Mrs. Weber earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from the University of Iowa and her Master of Science with a major in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner Specialty from Creighton University. Mrs. Weber grew up in Sac County and has volunteered for many projects including Children’s Miracle Network, Auburn Summer Recreation Soccer Coach and Lake View little league baseball coach. Mrs. Weber is married and has one son.
