Prenatal Classes    

We offer prenatal classes quarterly, which are taught, by one of our O.B. nurses. The "Oh Baby" Early Bird class is offered to women planning a pregnancy soon, women in early pregnancy or any pregnant woman seeking information. Topics in this evening class include nutrition, exercise, common discomforts and helpful solutions.

Another class offered is an all day Saturday class covering stages of labor, relaxation and breathing techniques, infant feeding information, newborn care and infant CPR. Both classes include a tour of the O.B. department. There is no charge for either class.
