Staff Development    

This department's responsibilities include personnel, health and wellness, staff development and employee benefits. The hiring process at the hospital is initiated through our department as well as orientation. Education programs presented at the hospital are coordinated through Staff Development. Continuous training is offered at no cost to the hospital employees in areas such as PALS, NRP, and ACLS as well as through the American Society for Clinical Laboratory Science. Prenatal and Sibling Classes for the public are provided. Staff Development spearheads all of the employee health and wellness programs.
