Dr. Chitra Yerrapareddy, professionally known as Dr. Chitra Reddy, is a Board‑Certified endocrinologist in Waterloo, Iowa, specializing in Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism. She earned her medical degree from Kurnool Medical College in India, completed residency at Louis A. Weiss Memorial Hospital in Chicago, and fellowship training at Rush University Medical Center.

She is committed to providing compassionate, evidence‑based care tailored to adults managing a wide range of hormonal and metabolic conditions, including diabetes, obesity, thyroid disorders, and adrenal or pituitary conditions.

Outside of her medical practice, Dr. Reddy enjoys staying active through pickleball, CrossFit, and hot yoga, and she treasures traveling with her family, exploring new destinations, and creating lasting memories.

She obtained her Bachelors of Science in Nursing through Morningside College and has experience working in various nursing positions including the emergency room, cancer center, med surg unit and transfer center. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children going to sporting events and spending time outdoors.

Dr. Elijah Miller earned his bachelor’s degree from Wayne State College in Wayne, Nebraska, and his medical degree from Lincoln Memorial University – DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine in Harrogate, Tennessee. He completed his Orthopaedic Surgery Residency at Kansas City University.

Dr. Miller is licensed in Iowa and is board eligible in orthopedic surgery. His specialties include joint replacement, sports medicine, and fracture care. Originally from Holstein, Iowa, he enjoys outdoor activities, live music, and cheering on the Iowa Hawkeyes.

From a young age, Laccey knew she wanted to care for others. She joined UnityPoint Clinic Orthopedics in April 2021 after 16 years of healthcare experience in intensive care, wound care, skilled care, long term care and public health.

Laccey loves orthopedics because she’s able to help people in pain get back to their normal function and offer hands-on care. She believes every patient deserves amazing care and she’ll do everything she can to help them. She has a special interest in trauma orthopedic cases.

As a Fort Dodge native, Laccey is very involved in the community. When she’s not working, she enjoys coaching soccer, attending her kids’ sporting events, exercising, golfing, camping and being outdoors.

Kyle Stansifer

Dr. Kyle Stansifer joined ENT Specialists, PC in 2017. Dr. Stansifer graduated summa cum laude with a degree in Biology from Vanguard University in Costa Mesa, California. He earned his medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He completed his residency in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery and served as Chief Resident at the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC). During his fourth year of training, he was named UNMC Otolaryngology Resident of the Year.

Dr. Stansifer is board certified in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery. He treats children and adults and has a special interest in the nose and sinuses. He enjoys offering patients the option of in office procedures including VivAer® to address nasal obstruction, RhinAer® to address chronic runny nose and nasal congestion, and Eustachian Tube Balloon Dilation to address chronic eustachian tube dysfunction (ETD) and chronic ear problems.

Dermatology

Abby is a certified family nurse practitioner and dermatology-trained nurse practitioner. After she earned her Master of Science in Nursing degree, she completed an extensive dermatology fellowship under Dr. Love and many other RC Dermatology providers. She chose dermatology, because she finds it very rewarding to help patients of all ages with various skin conditions that affect their quality of life. Working in rural areas with patients who have had a lot of sun exposure, she especially enjoys the detail-oriented task of performing thorough skin exams. She also enjoys treating psoriasis and seeing the positive effects of various new medications for the condition. When Abby is not at RC Dermatology, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, going on walks, doing home projects and going shopping!

Ken Stallons attended the University of South Dakota, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Accounting. Following college, he attended Southern Illinois University, receiving a Masters in Communication Disorders and Audiology. Ken is a board-certified audiologist, serving as a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology as well as a member of the Nebraska Hearing Society.  Ken served as President of the Nebraska Hearing Society in 2012 and is a past board member of the Iowa Hearing Aid Society. He has been working in the hearing healthcare field since February 1984. He is married and has two children.
