A native of Lohrville, Iowa, Audrey earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand View University and gained experience in behavioral healthcare prior to joining Stewart Memorial. She is passionate about helping patients navigate transitional issues, loneliness, depression, anxiety, and relationship concerns, focusing on building a supportive, non-judgmental environment where clients feel empowered. Outside of work, Audrey enjoys baking, reading, watching movies, and spending time with her family, friends, and dog.

Jaclyn Warehime is a dedicated physical therapist who takes a patient-centered, evidence-based approach to care, helping individuals return to the activities they love. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the Mayo Clinic School of Health Sciences in 2020 and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Wartburg College in 2017. Jaclyn has a special interest in therapeutic exercise, pain neuroscience education, orthopedic and sports-related injuries, and running-specific rehabilitation, tailoring each treatment plan to meet the unique goals of her patients.

Outside of the clinic, Jaclyn enjoys an active lifestyle filled with running, biking, hiking, camping, and traveling. She also loves cooking and spending time outdoors. Jaclyn is a proud member of the American Physical Therapy Association and serves her community as the Injury Clinic Therapist for South Central Calhoun Middle School.

She earned her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Des Moines University in 1992 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Athletic Training from Buena Vista University, completed in 1990. Jill has specialized training and interests in the Graston technique, manual therapy techniques, orthopedics, sports injuries, and concussion management. A Sac County native, Barb enjoys volunteering in her community with the Children’s Miracle Network, Auburn Summer Recreation Soccer program, and Lake View Little League Baseball program. Barb and her husband have one son.

Anne Souder is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, PMH-C) with nearly 10 years of experience in the role of therapist and 15 plus years serving children, families and adults in a variety of settings. Anne has experience supporting individuals with a variety of life’s challenges- including specialized child/adolescent interventions, trauma intervention/recovery, grief work, family systems challenges, and perinatal mental health disorders.  Specialty services include Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Theraplay, Perinatal Mental Health Disorders treatment (PMH-C), substance affected in utero (PACT), and Christian faith-based interventions. Mental Health Specialist Carrie Goodwin, DNP, PMHNP-BC, sees patients at the Rockwell City and Gowrie Clinics. After completing her BSN at the University of Iowa, she was employed in a rural hospital where she saw a great need for mental health care providers. This pushed her to return to school for her doctorate in nursing practice. Aside from spending time with her children and dogs, Carrie enjoys crafting, crocheting, quilting, and singing in her free time.
