Next Lunch 'n' Learn Will Take Place Dec. 7

Stewart Memorial will host its fourth quarter Lunch ‘n’ Learn seminar on December 7 at 12:00 pm in the SMCH lower-level Conference Center. A meal of roast beef, potato mash and gravy, key west vegetable blend, and savory chocolate mousse will be catered and served by the SMCH Nutrition Services team. A brief presentation entitled “Mental Wellness for a Happy Holiday” will be given by Stephanie Bellcock, ARNP, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC, and Glenna Nockels, LiSW.

Bellcock, a nurse practitioner with SMCH, and Nockels, a social worker and therapist, will discuss how attendees can keep their minds healthy and their holidays happy during this busy, stressful, and sometimes emotional season. This is the perfect opportunity for people of all ages to learn about resources available, and to ask questions to highly experienced providers.
