Our charges are the same for all patients, but a patient’s responsibility may vary depending on the extent of treatment provided and payment plans negotiated with individual health insurers. Professional fees for physician services, such as surgeons, radiologists, pathologists, anesthesia administration and others are also not included and will be billed separately by your physician.
