Dr. Reed Smith is a podiatry provider with advanced training in both surgical and non-surgical foot and ankle care. Originally from Carroll, Iowa, Dr. Smith and his wife, Brandi, are graduates of Kuemper Catholic High School.

Dr. Smith earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Morningside University before receiving his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from Des Moines University College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery. He also completed a three-year comprehensive surgical residency at AdventHealth East Orlando.

Audrey Hood, T-LMHC, Mental Health Therapist sees patients at the Lake City, Gowrie, and Rockwell City Clinics. A native of Lohrville, Iowa, Audrey earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand View University and gained experience in behavioral healthcare prior to joining Stewart Memorial. She is passionate about helping patients navigate transitional issues, loneliness, depression, anxiety, and relationship concerns, focusing on building a supportive, non-judgmental environment where clients feel empowered. Dr. Chitra Yerrapareddy, professionally known as Dr. Chitra Reddy, is a Board‑Certified endocrinologist in Waterloo, Iowa, specializing in Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism. She earned her medical degree from Kurnool Medical College in India, completed residency at Louis A. Weiss Memorial Hospital in Chicago, and fellowship training at Rush University Medical Center.

Renee Russell

Renee Russell, OTR/L 

Occupational Therapy

Renee Russell, OTR/L is a compassionate occupational therapist who enjoys working with a wide variety of populations and diagnoses. She earned her undergraduate degree in Athletic Training from Northwestern College in 2018 and completed her Master of Occupational Therapy at the University of Minnesota Rochester in 2020. Renee has experience in skilled nursing facilities, home health, and outpatient care, where she continues to build her expertise and provide meaningful support to patients.

Outside of her professional role, Renee enjoys reading, spending time at the lake, attending sporting events, and being with her family, friends, and their chocolate lab, Luna. She is also active in her community as a volunteer EMT for the Fonda Ambulance and an active member of the Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church in Fonda.

Hannah Halbur is a dedicated physical therapist with a passion for helping individuals regain mobility and improve their overall quality of life. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from Briar Cliff University in 2021 and completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Briar Cliff University in 2025. Hannah’s professional interests include orthopedics, vestibular therapy, and working with pediatric patients.

Emily Sliefert, MA, LMHC, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who provides compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals of all ages. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Northern Iowa and her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University.

She has specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Parent-Child Attachment Therapy (PACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Theraplay. Her clinical interests include anxiety, depression, trauma, personality disorders, and building coping skills.

Jordan Blackwill, CRNA

Jordan earned a Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences from Kansas State University, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Creighton University, and a Master of Science in Nurse Anesthesia from Clarkson College.

With 25 years of healthcare experience, including more than 10 years as an independent CRNA, Jordan has built a broad clinical foundation in critical care, anesthesia, and perioperative pain management. His experience includes labor epidural and neuraxial anesthesia, acute surgical pain management, and emergency critical care management, along with advanced ultrasound-guided peripheral nerve blocks and opioid-free anesthesia techniques. He also has experience with Iovera therapy and has completed basic training in fluoroscopic-guided chronic pain management injections.

Outside of work, Jordan enjoys beekeeping, woodworking, gardening, and renovating homes.

Emma Borkowski

Emma Borkowski, M.A. CCC-SLP

Speech & Language Therapy

Emma Borkowski is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. She earned her Master of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology in 2023 and her Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders in 2021, both from the University of Northern Iowa.

Emma has a strong passion for working with both children and adults across a variety of communication and swallowing needs. Her professional interests include early intervention and pediatric therapy, fluency disorders, and cognitive-communication therapy. She also has specialized training in the management of dysphagia, dysphonia, and communication challenges associated with head and neck cancer and degenerative diseases.

Outside of work, Emma enjoys walking, reading, baking, and watching her favorite TV show, Friends. She values spending time with family and friends and staying active in her local community.

Emma is a member of both the Iowa Speech-Language-Hearing Association and the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
