She is passionate about helping patients navigate transitional issues, loneliness, depression, anxiety, and relationship concerns, focusing on building a supportive, non-judgmental environment where clients feel empowered. Outside of work, Audrey enjoys baking, reading, watching movies, and spending time with her family, friends, and dog.

Dr. Chitra Yerrapareddy, professionally known as Dr. Chitra Reddy, is a Board‑Certified endocrinologist in Waterloo, Iowa, specializing in Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism. She earned her medical degree from Kurnool Medical College in India, completed residency at Louis A. Weiss Memorial Hospital in Chicago, and fellowship training at Rush University Medical Center.

She is committed to providing compassionate, evidence‑based care tailored to adults managing a wide range of hormonal and metabolic conditions, including diabetes, obesity, thyroid disorders, and adrenal or pituitary conditions.

Renee Russell, OTR/L is a compassionate occupational therapist who enjoys working with a wide variety of populations and diagnoses. She earned her undergraduate degree in Athletic Training from Northwestern College in 2018 and completed her Master of Occupational Therapy at the University of Minnesota Rochester in 2020. Renee has experience in skilled nursing facilities, home health, and outpatient care, where she continues to build her expertise and provide meaningful support to patients.

Outside of her professional role, Renee enjoys reading, spending time at the lake, attending sporting events, and being with her family, friends, and their chocolate lab, Luna. She is also active in her community as a volunteer EMT for the Fonda Ambulance and an active member of the Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church in Fonda.

Emma Borkowski is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. She earned her Master of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology in 2023 and her Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders in 2021, both from the University of Northern Iowa.

Emma has a strong passion for working with both children and adults across a variety of communication and swallowing needs. Her professional interests include early intervention and pediatric therapy, fluency disorders, and cognitive-communication therapy. She also has specialized training in the management of dysphagia, dysphonia, and communication challenges associated with head and neck cancer and degenerative diseases.

Outside of work, Emma enjoys walking, reading, baking, and watching her favorite TV show, Friends. She values spending time with family and friends and staying active in her local community.

Emma is a member of both the Iowa Speech-Language-Hearing Association and the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.

Courtney Schreck is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with a Master of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology (2016) and a Bachelor of Science in Communicative Disorders (2014), both from the University of Northern Iowa. She is passionate about helping individuals of all ages improve their communication and swallowing abilities.

Courtney’s professional interests include cognitive intervention, pediatric therapy, and the treatment of swallowing disorders, including those related to degenerative diseases. She is a certified McNeil Dysphagia Treatment Program (MDTP) therapist and is trained in Parkinson’s-specific voice therapy techniques.

Outside of her clinical work, Courtney enjoys kayaking, biking, and walking her dog, Ryder. She also loves boating on Black Hawk Lake and spending quality time with her friends and family.

She is an active member of the Iowa Speech-Language-Hearing Association and the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. Courtney also serves on the Stewart Memorial Rewards & Recognition Committee, contributing to the enhancement of workplace culture and staff appreciation.
