Physical Therapy
Physical therapists (PTs) are movement experts who improve quality of life through hands-on care, patient education, and prescribed movement. Physical therapists identify, diagnose, and treat movement problems based on your individual situation and preferences. Pain-free movement is crucial to being able to complete the activities in life that are important to you.

Senior Strong
The physical and occupational therapists at Stewart Memorial noticed many older patients repeatedly needing therapy due to strength and balance loss. To break this cycle and help the community stay active, Kay Crabb, a Functional Aging Exercise Specialist and physical therapist, created Senior Strong.
Senior Strong is an 8-week program with 16 group classes held in the Stewart Memorial Fitness Center.
Classes run year-round—contact the Rehab Services Department at (712) 464-4244 to find out when the next session begins.
