Stewart Memorial Announces Q3 Team Award Recipients

Stewart Memorial is proud to recognize Jordyn Sippel (Occupational Therapy), Jaide Hansen, and Jodi Broesder (Housekeeping) as the recipients of the Quarter 3 Team Award for their exceptional collaboration and dedication to patient care.
This team was nominated for their remarkable response during a difficult patient situation that required immediate and compassionate attention. Each team member demonstrated initiative, professionalism, and a shared commitment to preserving the dignity and comfort of the patient involved.
Jordyn Sippel was praised for going above and beyond her typical role as an occupational therapist. “She didn’t shy away from doing duties that a CNA would usually do and helped me out immensely,” the nominator shared. “She provided exceptional care, maintained dignity for the patient, and went above and beyond to ensure the patient was taken care of. Jordyn is such a great asset to Stewart Memorial and I feel that she deserves recognition for the teamwork she displayed.”
Jaide and Jodi, members of the housekeeping team, were also acknowledged for stepping into a difficult environment with professionalism and grace. “They provided exceptional care in a timely manner and maintained dignity for the patient by working diligently and thoroughly to clean up the situation,” the nominator noted. “Their service helped uphold an environment that we all want at Stewart Memorial—one where patients can continue to thrive and heal.”
The Q3 Team Award celebrates employees who demonstrate collaboration, compassion, and commitment in support of Stewart Memorial’s mission to provide outstanding care to the community. Jordyn, Jaide, and Jodi embody the values that make Stewart Memorial a place where patients receive more than medical care—they receive respect, dignity, and unwavering support.
